As a culinary storyteller, I weave my narrative into each dish. My creations are driven by a desire to synergize my experience and cultural heritage with my passion for meaningful conversations, sparked by the joy of shared dining.

A graduate of the Dallas College Culinary, Pastry, and Hospitality program, I've had the privilege of working alongside esteemed chefs at renowned Dallas establishments, including Monarch, Omni Dallas, Restaurant Beatrice, Rathbun's Test Kitchen, and Chamberlain's Steakhouse.  I also played a key role in the opening of Nikki Greek Bristro & Lounge.
